How It Works
The bottom-up approach moves from small to large. It has two stages:

Stage One: Engage in dialogue with stakeholders, consider industry interests, and provide companies with tools to prepare for global standards. This stage establishes a culture of self-regulation, where companies voluntarily commit to developing standards and responsible AI practices and integrating them into their products.
- Stage Two: Adopt a Ukrainian law analogous to the EU AI Act.
