Be part of the history of Ukrainian artificial intelligence

28/01/2026
Together with Kyivstar, we are continuing the active development of a national large language model (LLM). For the model to be intelligent and reliable, it needs high-quality knowledge. We therefore offer a unique opportunity: to ensure that the foundation of the national model is built on your data.

The national LLM will serve as the basis for AI assistants in the public sector and in business. These will be Ukrainian counterparts to Gemini and ChatGPT— equally user-friendly and technologically advanced, but trained on Ukraine’s realities and national context.

We are seeking partners from across sectors, including business, education, science, and culture. If you have high-quality Ukrainian-language texts, we need you. Your content will serve as the foundation for a national AI that will provide answers to millions of Ukrainians.

What data we are looking for:

Media: news, interviews, blogs, opinion pieces.

Science and education: course materials, textbooks, academic papers, dissertations.

Literature: fiction, literary criticism, reviews.

History: digitized archival materials.

Business data: technical documentation, product descriptions, publicly available reviews, corporate blog materials.

Media outlets and publishers will set the benchmark for the neural network's language quality and style. Universities and researchers will shape the model’s intellectual core — one that the entire country will learn from. Businesses will help the model better understand market and industry specifics through technical documentation and analytics.

This is a contribution to Ukraine’s technological history. Every gigabyte of shared information is a building block in preserving Ukraine’s cultural code in the digital world.

Security and trust

We recognize the value of your intellectual property. That is why we have prepared transparent legal terms to ensure your materials are protected and used exclusively to strengthen Ukrainian AI. All partners who contribute to the development of the technology will be formally acknowledged in the final report on the national model.

Ready to integrate your knowledge into the Ukrainian LLM? Tell us about the data you have by completing the short form.

If you have questions or need a consultation, our AI team is available at ai@thedigital.gov.ua
