Voice AI in Diia: Mykhailo Fedorov discusses integrating ElevenLabs technology into government services
Interacting with the government should be as simple as chatting in a messenger. That’s why plans are underway to integrate voice artificial intelligence into Diia and other public services. ElevenLabs, a global leader in voice AI and multilingual voice agents will support the effort.
At the WINWIN Summit, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov met with Mati Staniszewski, co-founder and CEO of ElevenLabs, to agree on future cooperation.
The key focus is on integrating the company’s advanced voice AI and agentic technologies into government platforms developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation. ElevenLabs’ solutions will allow citizens to access services and consultations simply by speaking their requests in a chat.
The Ministry is already using ElevenLabs technologies. The first product was the recreation of Fedorov’s voice for his digital avatar. The partnership is now expanding, with plans to integrate innovative voice AI into Diia, Mriia, and Diia.Education.
We’ve built the world’s most convenient digital government, with over 23 million users in Diia. Now we aim to rank among the top three AI leaders globally by 2030, moving toward a proactive, agentic state.
