
Diia.AI on mobile: event-driven traffic fine payments and instant residency certificates via the national AI agent
Scaling the world’s first national AI agent. From now on, Diia.AI is available not only on the portal but also in the Diia mobile app. Get residency certificates and pay fines directly in the chat.
Ukraine continues to set digitalization trends and is transitioning to the Agentic State format. Diia.AI in the smartphone becomes a fully-fledged personal agent that does not just answer questions but independently offers services tailored to your life situations.
Three services you can get through the agent
We have already trained Diia.AI to issue income certificates on the Diia portal. Now, we are launching the assistant in the app so you can obtain:

Adult residency certificate. No need to search for the service in the menu anymore. Just write "I need a residency certificate" — and the AI assistant will generate the document in minutes.

Child residency certificate. Parents can get the required document instantly via a chat request.

Paying traffic fines. The assistant will automatically send a notification about a received fine to the chat and immediately provide a payment link.

To test the AI agent, simply update the Diia app to the latest version, tap the Diia.AI icon, and write in the chat what specific problem needs to be solved.

Gemini technologies by Google for millions of Ukrainians
Scaling Diia.AI was achieved thanks to the partnership between the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Google. The AI model Gemini became the technological core of the assistant. Cooperation with the company allowed deploying the solution based on the Vertex AI platform, which guarantees high speed of request processing and accuracy of answers.
Using Gemini enables Diia.AI to understand complex contexts, select services for specific life situations, and communicate humanly. At the same time, security remains an uncompromising priority: personal data does not enter the public Gemini model and is processed exclusively within Diia’s secured perimeter.
