Getting consultations on government services and the services themselves has become even easier — now you can simply talk to Diia.AI. We have taught the artificial intelligence on the Diia portal to communicate by voice. There is no longer any need to type long questions: simply say your request and instantly hear the answer.

 

How the voice assistant works

Press the sound wave button and ask your question. Diia.AI instantly processes your request, then responds aloud and displays the same response as text on the screen. Since the entire text message history is saved, you can always return to the conversation and will not lose any important details.

Starting a conversation is easy — right from the home page or in an already open chat. You can talk to Diia.AI even in noisy places: built-in noise cancellation filters out unnecessary sounds while you speak. The voice communication mode is activated only after your confirmation in the settings.

To make the dialogue feel more natural, we have also added an interactive sound wave that responds to your intonation.

 

What voice-enabled Diia.AI can do
