One correct prompt instead of hours of routine work: Diia.Education has released an educational series on AI for public service
Instead of spending hours proofreading 50-page reports, writing formulaic memos, and answering dozens of inquiries, do it in a few minutes. At the Ministry of Digital Transformation, we've long been delegating this kind of routine work to artificial intelligence—and now we're helping everyone master the tool. Diia.Education has released a free educational series, "AI for Public Service," so you can tailor these algorithms to your own tasks.
Proven in practice: how AI already works in government
We don't test theories—we scale real results, because artificial intelligence already handles the bulk of our work in government agencies. For example, lawyers at the Ministry cut document review time from several weeks to 72 hours, the HR team successfully automated 45% of its processes, and Diia's AI assistant independently resolves over 95% of user requests.
What the educational series will teach you
Practitioners share their experience and effective tools in the series: generative AI consultant Oleksii Minakov and Oleh Dubno, Manager of AI Unit, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. In 10 short episodes, they explain how to work effectively with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM).
You'll get clear instructions and learn:
-
how to upload stacks of documents and instantly generate a summary or a draft presentation;
-
how to build prompts using the "role – task – context – format" formula to get the perfect result on the first try;
-
how to reliably protect personal data and securely handle official information;
-
how to spot AI "hallucinations" and quickly verify facts.
Building an agentic state together
Ukraine is the first country in the world to implement the concept of an agentic state, where technology proactively helps citizens. We've already launched this transformation, but it will reach its full potential only when every specialist can confidently manage algorithms at their own workplace.
